Angry Crab & Bbq in Tucson

Host could use some training. We came in, there was a wait. Told us we couldnt wait inside even though there was plenty of space. Couldnt be a social distancing issue. All there booths were full back to back. Asked to purchase a soda to drink while we wait outside and was told no. Now I remember why we stopped coming.

The dining experience was great! Our server was kind and wonderful. Why 3 stars? My sister had forgotten her to-go bag and mind you we were still in the lot. Her bag was tossed and she was speaking to a manager who would not stay to resolve an issue. She kept walking away from us and neglecting our existence that we just paid near close to 90 bucks for our food to be tossed within 15 secs. She was given 1/2 lbs and 2 eggs when she ordered 2lbs worth of shrimp(she ate only 3 pieces of shrimp because she ordered mussels and ate all of that instead) she couldn't give us all the shrimp that was lost and suggested to take money off the tip of our server....wow. Our server was super kind didn't deserve to be penalized for her terrible management. We would have been okay with a discount. But she never came back to resolve the issue...

Went here for the time the other night and had an amazing waitress. I believe her name was Logan. We had such an amazing time for our first time and everything was so good!! We will be back!

The food here is simply delicious 😋. Great customer service. Try the snow crabs oooh yummy.

Wonderful crab legs! I am a wuss when it comes to spicy so I order mine no basetrifecta seasoning with zero heat! So much better than anywhere I have been prior! My mom ordered the ribs and she really liked them! Very tender and fall off the bone! Only for 4 stars as we waited a bit for refills on our drinks and the place was not busy. Definitely recommend trying if you have not!

I’m sorry for doing this but those were literally the worst shrimp I’ve ever had in my life. They were EXTREMELY over cooked, first time I’ve had shrimp out in Phoenix and I don’t think I’ll be having them again.

This time on pickup it was not good. The bags where not tied and things looked rushed and my bag were not tied . Eat in don't get take out

I went in eat, as I was leaving I was told I didn’t pay. Then I had to explain I did, and then they lost my receipt. I then got double charged for my food. Called the restaurant to tell them this and they told me they had no record of me being double charged. I then had to come all the way in and show them a bank statement to get reimbursed for the second charge. Then the manager didn’t even reimburse me for the correct amount. They also didn’t care at all about the bad service the waitress had when she called me a liar and said I didn’t pay when she double charged me. very bad customer service

Always the best experience here. Great food. I always get 2lbs. Dungey + 1/2lbs Head on Shrimp. Trifecta + level 2! For the past couple of Years straight and the recipe has been the same & it has been Delicious. Every time. I don’t think I have ever had bad food here! Ever. Took my mom here for mothers-day 2 years ago and walked right on in and got great service! I can pound crab by the Pound so I definitely need this spot. It is close to my home and I can definitely get my crab fix here. People are friendly food is good and I am always full when I leave.

The Cajun fries were AMAZING!! I typically don't do seafood (neither does the boyfriend) but we were ordering with friends and my bf got the double cheeseburger. I stole some fries and now I can't wait to order my own!! Also, my friends rave about the seasoned shrimp. They buy it by the pound!! 😊

Have been eating at Angry Crab Shack for years, but things have apparently changed lately. Went there today for carryout for my birthday. The sauce that the shrimp were cooked in (that we use to dip the peeled shrimp in) was almost all butter. Very little spices, just butter. Looks we have to start looking for a new place to go...

Definitely one of a kind out here and I really enjoyed the unique experience. Everything was very flavorful, especially if you like spicy food! I would definitely come again and definitely recommend. 👍 Service was a tiny bit slow so I considered giving them 4 stars, I think the waiter took about half an hour before taking our food orders. Maybe it was because we had a big group? Not really sure but I think it was still just a little bit too long to even ask if we wanted to order. Regardless once he took our orders, everything was relatively quick and delicious!

Would be great food if I got it warm every time I put in a order over the phone while waiting in the parking lot. I'm told they would text me when my order is ready. But have yet to have that happen . Have to walk up to my food sitting there gettin cold.

Wow! This place has it together with Covid-19. They check your temperature at the door, you enter in one door and exit out another. You wait in your car and they text you when your table is ready, arrows on the floor to show what direction to walk. All employees are wearing masks and a lot are wearing gloves. If you need to use the restroom there are gloves for you by the door! This is such a well thought out plan and perfectly executed! The service was amazing and the food (as always) is pure perfection! I loved this dinner and the care the owners show their customers!!! 100% CLASS ACT! We will be back very soon!

Angry Crab always gets 5 stars even though I just visited to check on the wait time which was 1 and a half hours. Which in the end I should've waited because red lobster was undeniably disappointing, I'm sorry Angry Crab it won't happen again.

This place donates to some very commendable charities and gives military discount. Such a fun place for one person to eat without feeling lonely, or for the entire family, babies and all!!! I love this place and feel so at home here after all of the years I've been coming in. The servers are great and I've never had an issue these past 5 years! Thank you, Angry Crab :)

Food is good, not great. When you place and pay for your order online, be prepared for them to charge you a 2nd time at the store. Manager Natlie won't come sort it out because she is too busy. Then when you call back 3 days later because both transactions post to your account, manager Micheal will interrupt you so that you can "take a deep breath" and say he's not going to do anything but tell you to call a corporate # (which no one answers). I should have just started with my bank because management here is terrible.

When you want good seafood this is the place to go. They make sure they are following covid suggestions with table distance. They also check your temperature at the door.

Besides the AMAZING original food and the great dine in. The customer revise is the best there is. This place should be a role model to other businesses. Also they are tip top when it comes to being clean.

Even though we were a family we could only have 10 to a table. We had 11 with my baby so we had to sit across the restaurant from each other. We are visiting so it would have been nice to sit next to our relatives we only see once a year. Otherwise food is good just a little overpriced.

My husband and I had a wonderful dinner. Tables were spaced out, but the atmosphere was positive, wait staff very helpful. Been here many times before.

Quick service. Quick seating. Friendly staff -- Diane was attentive to refills. Our order was also quickly delivered. Only issue was we put in 2 lobster tails last minute but they were delivered unseasoned. Otherwise good service and we will return.

Came here for national oyster day. The dozen raw oysters were great and fresh but they were out of fried oysters and Dungeness crabs at 4pm??? Fries were good but fried shrimp were mediocre.

Awesome! Food and service was excellent. Taylor our waiter was fantastic. Worth the wait 👍👍
